What people usually ask about the catalog

How do the doses of the same item differ?
By the amount of substance in the vial. Per milligram a larger vial is cheaper, but once reconstituted the solution keeps for a limited time, so a big vial does not suit everyone. A specialist decides the dose and schedule; we answer for what is in the vial and for proving it.
What does “to order” mean?
The item is not in our warehouse right now but our supplier has it. Usually that means a few days up to two weeks. A manager gives the exact lead time before payment, not after: we do not ask anyone to pay for uncertainty.
How should vials be stored after delivery?
Unopened lyophilisate goes in the fridge, out of the freezer and away from direct light. A reconstituted solution keeps only cold and only briefly. Exact temperature and shelf life are printed on the item's packaging, and the parcel travels to your door in insulated packaging with coolant.
Why is the price different from what I saw elsewhere?
The price covers a batch with an analysis report, cold storage and insulated delivery. A noticeably cheaper offer usually means one of those is missing — most often the report for your exact batch. Higher prices tend to come from resellers, who add their own margin on top of ours.
How can I be sure the package is genuine?
