Delivery city and address

Check the city: it sets the delivery cost, the timing and whether a courier or a carrier takes the order. The field finds any settlement in Kazakhstan and Russia.

What data we hold

If you write or place an order: name, phone, email, city, address and order contents. Cart, favourites and display settings stay in the browser and are not sent to the server by themselves.

Why we need them

To reply, calculate delivery, pick and ship the order, issue a company invoice and confirm payment.

Who we share with

Delivery services receive the address and contents; a bank or payment service receives the amount. We do not pass data to advertising networks or data brokers.

How to request deletion

Write to hello@peptids.net or use the contacts page. Data for an order still in transit is kept until handover; after that, only as long as documents and disputes require.
